A die at 52K hits comes in for the 50K inspection. The heat-check network on the flash land is fine and dense, no cracks longer than the network spacing. Flash-land width has grown 0.04 mm from baseline. Internal corner radius reads 0.6 mm where the drawing called for 0.5 mm. The inspector finds one crack 2.4 mm long running out of the heat-check network at the corner of the impression, deeper than the network around it. Run the call.
